Purpose: Information and management of visits to the Cádiz Free Trade Zone.

Legitimation: Consent of the interested party.

Recipients: No data will be transferred to third parties.

International Data Transfers (TID): There are no transfers of your data to third countries outside the European Economic Area. However, in the case of using technology providers whose servers are located outside said territory, the Consortium guarantees that said transfers will be carried out under the Data Privacy Framework, standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or under the exceptions provided for in Art. 49 of the RGPD, always guaranteeing a level of protection equivalent to the European one.

Conservation Period: They will be kept for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were collected and to determine the possible responsibilities that may arise from said purpose and from the processing of the data. The provisions of the archives and documentation regulations will apply.

Rights: You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation, opposition, portability and other rights recognized in Chapter III of the RGPD, under the terms and with the limits legally established, before the CZFC (Ronda de Vigilancia s/n, 11011, Cádiz) or in dpd@zonafrancacadiz.com.
