The Free Zone of Cádiz has published this Friday the hiring file of the writing works of the basic and execution project of the “ZF Blue Core-Vivero of Companies 4.0″, as well as the works of technical management of the works and writing of the study and coordination of health and health. The bidding budget, whose deadline for submitting offers concludes on February 12, is 205,000 euros.

In this first phase, the drafting of the building project that will be located on the base zone plot, next to the recycled maritime container building that will house the blue economy incubator, incubazul, although this nursery building will soon be shortly added to the second location project, inside the fiscal enclosure, will be tendered.

ZF Blue Core consists of a 4.0 nursery that has an investment of 10.3 million euros and that aims to complement Incubazul to form the pole in blue economy of southern Europe. For this, the Cadiz institution will receive a new help from European funds that amounts to 85% of the total, thanks to the selection of the initiative as a singular project given the potential for economic and business development in the area and with the endorsement of the management carried out in the previous funds and the economic and social impact obtained by Incubazul.

It is a 4.0 nursery where companies can finish consolidating and advance in the entire digital framework of the project thanks to a specialized technological laboratory and mentorization.

In fact, in parallel to the file tendered this Friday, the procedure for the hiring of specialized services and aimed at the management, operation and revitalization of the acceleration system of business projects that are selected for accommodation in ZF Blue Core is underway. The tender was opened last December and the deadline has ended last Wednesday, having presented six companies.

The winning company will provide its resources and knowledge to provide specialized technical assistance and execute a set of actions and works aimed at implementing a startup acceleration program that will cover the seed phases, growth and consolidation.

With this project, the Free Zone of Cádiz will offer companies of these characteristics spaces for the realization of their work, with the support and ideal conditions so that they also fully develop their digital and innovative potential, have been part of the Incubazul acceleration program.

It must be remembered that the 4.0 ZF Blue Core nursery will be distributed in two locations in the environment of the fiscal enclosure of the city of Cádiz and the already formed blue economy nuclei. One next to the current Incubazul headquarters in the Europe present tender.
